Commission of Inquiry : (P.C. Smith)

At the motivation of SESOC and with the assistance of SESOC members
an IPENZ submission was made to the Commission of Inquiry into the Cave
Creek viewing platform collapse. Messrs Smith, Brown & Nimmo were
appointed as the IPENZ representatives to provide the submission. The
brief of the Review Board was not to investigate the technical cause

been constructed.

also be applied to concrete structure surfaces to protect reinforcing
by Cathodic action. Used on bridge structures and piles.
